The Consumer Contracts Regulations allow you to return an item if you simply change your mind. You are responsible for returning the items within 14 calendar days of cancelling and refunds must be paid within 14 calendar days after returning the goods, or evidence that they were returned

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the product meets one of your implied rights (not satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, not as described).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, where possible.

Whilst we cannot restrict the condition in which consumers return the goods to us, we will make a reasonable deduction where the value of the items has been diminished. The deduction can be up to 100% of the purchase price but must be reasonable and justifiable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

A consumer can return items that are not satisfactory quality, not as described or not fit for purpose for much longer than the 14 day cancellation period. During the cancellation period a consumer does not have to provide any reason for returning products. Following this the consumer cannot simply change their mind but the product must not meet one of their implied rights (not satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, not as described).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
